Overview

Tablero Pro ("we", "our") is a product planning application at www.tableropro.com. The Tablero Pro Chrome extension connects to your Tablero Pro account to analyze business websites, manage product catalogs, link code repositories, and work with Jira issues. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Account data — When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google OAuth. We store a user record to associate your data with your account.
  • Business profile data — Website URLs you submit, business names, AI-generated descriptions, client lists, domains, critical flows, and digital products you create or approve in Tablero Pro.
  • Repository connections — Organization or group URLs and API tokens or keys you provide for GitHub or GitLab. Tokens are stored securely on our servers and used only to read repository metadata needed for analysis.
  • Jira data — Jira site URL, email, API token, board URLs, and issue data (keys, summaries, statuses, descriptions) you connect or import for product lifecycle workflows.
  • AI analysis results — Outputs from AI features (stakeholder questions, lifecycle analyses, catalog research) are stored with your business and board items.
  • Extension usage data — The extension stores drafts locally in your browser (Chrome storage) such as website URLs and Jira connection steps. It does not send browsing history to us except URLs you explicitly submit or Jira tab context (site, board, issue key) when you use Jira in the same browser profile.

How we use information

  • Authenticate you and provide the Tablero Pro web app and extension.
  • Run AI-assisted business discovery, catalog research, and lifecycle analysis.
  • Sync and display Jira issues on your product lifecycle board.
  • Connect to GitHub/GitLab to analyze repository organization.
  • Improve reliability and security of the service.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising.

Third-party services

  • Google — Sign-in (OAuth).
  • Atlassian Jira — Issue and board data when you connect Jira.
  • GitHub / GitLab — Repository metadata when you connect an organization.
  • AI providers — We send relevant business and issue text to AI services (e.g. NVIDIA NIM) to generate analyses. Do not submit confidential data you are not authorized to share.
  • Hosting — Application and database are hosted on cloud infrastructure (e.g. Vercel, MongoDB Atlas).

Chrome extension permissions

  • Side panel — Shows the Tablero Pro UI.
  • Storage — Saves drafts and settings in your browser.
  • Tabs & web navigation — Detects when you are on a Jira board or issue to sync context with the side panel.
  • Host access — Communicates with Tablero Pro (https://www.tableropro.com) and Atlassian Cloud (*.atlassian.net) only for features you use.

Data retention & security

We retain your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. API tokens are stored on our servers and transmitted over HTTPS. You are responsible for keeping your API tokens confidential and revoking them in Jira, GitHub, or GitLab when you stop using Tablero Pro.

Your choices

  • Sign out and uninstall the extension at any time.
  • Revoke third-party API tokens in Jira, GitHub, or GitLab.
  • Request account or data deletion by contacting us at roberto@tableropro.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of Tablero Pro after changes means you accept the updated policy.
